North Norfolk

Had a couple of hours at Salthouse today with a few good birds showing well

this male Marsh Harrier flew right over my head...

...and the Sedge were still singing...

...but this Yellow Wagtail posed great on these wires...

...and last of all a Mistle Thrush posed well on this field.

A day in Suffolk

Had a great day out around the Minsmere Reserve and Dunwich Heath

A small colony of Little Terns were nesting on the beach...

...and get very agresive to intruders

...and great to get in flight...

...but some fight back, this Ringed Plover has nested in the middle of the colony...

the Swallows posed well...

...and I had my first views of a Dartford Warbler

who posed well for a second on this gorse bush...

this Yellowhamer sand well this tree...

a juvenille Chaffinch was very approachable...

a Robin was singing well...

...with Greenfinch on the ground feeding on some seed...

also my first decent shot of a Magpie

...and this Chaffinch was feeding...

...a male Sparrowhawk flew by

and the Marsh Harriers performed well
